Primary shipping will be Via Fed-Ex ground. UPS shipping is available for an extra charge. Truck shipments do not include a lift-gate service. If you require lift-gate service, you will be charged the fees imposed by the truck line. You may be required to help unload merchandise. Most in stock orders shipped the same day if entered by 12:00 CST. Please allow extra shipping time during holidays! We ship only within the contiguous United States.

Please inspect your packages carefully upon receipt. Claims for damages must be filed with the carrier immediately and all original packaging must be saved. We will be glad to assist in any way possible in the event of a damaged shipment.

Texas Tool & Hardware will credit you for any unused stock item returned in the original carton for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED and RESALABLE CONDITION. Please contact us for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to shipping any product back to us. Please pack the item securely and ship back with a copy of your invoice (save your original), and a note with your daytime phone number and reason for return and we will promptly credit your credit card the amount of the original purchase less shipping charge. It will be your responsibility to assume shipping charges if you choose to return an item. A copy of your Credit will be mailed to you immediately. Customer is responsible for all freight charges unless it was our error. Special order items or closeouts are not returnable. Some items may be subject to a restocking charge.

A. Credit for freight will be issued on any defective item with an "out of box" failure.
